C-Card self-registration
If you are a young person 16-19 years of age and living or working in Somerset, England, you can now register online.
To do this, you will need a college email address from Strode, Yeovil, Richard Huish or the Bridgwater and Taunton college group (Bridgwater, Taunton and Cannington). This is to ensure we know you are over 16. If you don't have one of these college e-mails, you can still register for a C-Card by texting our ChatHealth service on 07480 635 516 and asking to register for C-Card. You can also do this if you are under 16.
